I had been on the fence about joining because of how much it costs. BUT I've been going for a year here and it's been my favorite place by far. The management team and the trainers are amazing.
They're very attentive to you're needs by building a plan for you and what works for you with check-ins etc. Everyone is always up for friendly chatter. They make it comfortable for you! Not like those gyms where it all feels judgy and stuffy full of people. Even when they're full they have such open space and different locations to exercise in peace.
Normally I don't like to be bothered by kids around or people but people here really mind their own and if not it's usually a quick help in something. They have special classes for the kids so they're always busy and out of the way.
They're quick to work on any equipment that's down.
I always talk about the Saunas and pools they're always the best after a work out. ITS WORTH IT. Hope this helps!!
The staff leaves a lot to be desired, I can’t think of one positive interaction with them. I feel like you’re always given the run around during communication. For the monthly expense, I would expect better and cleaner equipment. Their policies regarding cancellation, etc. are also very predatory and scammy. The boast about offering all of the classes, but the scheduled times are pitiful for those who work a 9-5. I had a much better experience with Golds Gym and will likely return my business there.
Amazing, kid-friendly gym with awesome amenities! I especially enjoy the open court volleyball Mondays and Wednesdays from 6pm-Close. Super excited to try out the pool.
I've never been to a place that is not only so rude to complete strangers but equally awful to their own staff. I met 4 employees with my visit and only one of them showed any type of respect or kindness, he was so delightful - im sorry I forgot his name. I was warned before going but it's a beautiful facility with a lot to offer so I gave it a shot. I'm disgusted by the lack of integrity and character of this facility. If you're someone who values your time and who you support financially, I'd stay away.

Rude staff. Bought a day pass and was able to work out for an hour before the gym closed. Came back the next morning to try to get another work out in but was told I could not enter, so i paid $15 for the hour. They would not sell me another day pass, and when I offered to purchase a month pass I was told there is a $200 month to month charge I would be required to pay. Was interested in joining the gym but was unable to expereince the gym how i wanted, will refuse to ever give them another dollar.
The staff is friendly, the management not too much, the place is huge with everything fitness related but there is so much room for improvement especially in terms of cleaning and sanitation, you can easily see on the floor, at the restrooms, pools or even underneath the machines that it has been weeks or even months since the last time the did a detailed clean up, trash cans are always full, paper towels or sanitation products are not the best quality and often not enough. Water fountains are just. They need new filters and be well cleaned. Well, I really hope this review help them to improve a few aspects since we have already told them few times about this, but nothing has changed and in general the place is good for all aspects of exercising.
This place has everything!! Was looking for a new gym upon moving to this area. Came in to check it out and took a tour. I was blown away at the size and how much was packed in here! Come in and try the best gym in the area! The owners are great too! Very friendly and personable. Amazing prices on their memberships also!
